Called to the Ontario bar in 2001, Dominic Lamb is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. Dominic was a sole practitioner with an exclusive criminal defence focus for many years before joining Michael Edelson’s office in 2009. In 2019, he co-founded Lamb & O’Brien, a boutique law firm specializing in criminal and regulatory law.
Dominic’s practice covers all manner of cases that come before the criminal courts, from mischief to murder. He also maintains an active regulatory law practice. Dominic has represented clients at every level of Court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada and at public inquiries, Coroner’s inquests and before administrative tribunals. Dominic is well known as a successful trial lawyer, having run hundreds of trials during his career.

Called to the Ontario bar in 2001, Meghan O’Brien spent most of her early career in the Ottawa office of Gowling WLG. During that time, Meghan’s litigation practice focused primarily on professional liability and discipline, in particular in the area of medical defence. Meghan also has significant experience in the area of privacy compliance and advocacy in the healthcare sector, including the management of privacy and data breaches.
When Meghan opened her own law firm in 2016, she expanded her practice to include criminal law, which was the focus of her LL.M. studies at the University of Cambridge. Meghan is currently the Managing Principal of Lamb & O’Brien, a boutique law firm specializing in criminal and regulatory law that she co-founded in 2019.

Originally from Montreal, Jon practises in English and French. Away from the courtroom, Jon volunteers his time on important issues for the local defence bar and acts as junior executive for the Defence Counsel Association (DCAO).

Sarah Pothier joined Lamb & O’Brien in 2019 after moving to Ontario from Montreal. Fluent in both English and French, Sarah is an experienced clerk coming from a large immigration firm in Montreal, where she focused primarily on criminal rehabilitation.
In addition to her law clerk duties, Sarah is also the initial point of contact for the firm’s clients and ensures the smooth operation of our day to day business.
